natural gas and crude oil in the USA, Canada, and other selected international locations. The Company is headquartered
in Denver, Colorado and has offices in Lafayette, Louisiana; Houston, Texas and Calgary,
Alberta. Forest maintains representative offices in Rome, Italy, and Capetown, South Africa.

shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol FST.
Outside of North America, Forest's International Business Unit is focused on exploration in two principal core areas,
including Southern Africa and Europe.
Forest's international strategy is to explore for hydrocarbons in
established producing basins where prospectivity is considered to be of low to moderate risk within areas of production
infrastructure.
Presently, Forest's international portfolio comprises 5 operated permit areas in two countries.
Specifically,
Forest operates Orange River Basin Blocks 2A and 2C in the Republic of South Africa on behalf of partners Anschutz Exploration and
Petroleum Corporation of South Africa.
In Italy, Forest operates two prospective permit areas within the Po Valley Basin and the Monte
Pallano permit area situated in the Central Apennines.
While Forest is focused on maximizing the value and potential of our existing portfolio, we
remain interested in new opportunities within our established core areas. Forest will consider
offers which demonstrate established production or discovered hydrocarbons, particularly where
Forest's extensive US operations experience and completion technology can be applied to enhance production and ultimate recovery.
